Remind us all why murder is a crime in the first place?
Because an innocent person is being killed (usually). Yes i know it has happened in the past with the death penalty, which is why i only support the death penalty in cases where there is no possible chance of innocence.

might sell my MB and ship it to buyer. local ups store says they have never had any instances where item arrived DOA. they said getting insurance is cheap but don't think i will need it. its $9 additional but seems like a good idea. i am surprised store said it is not a big deal. i figure spend the money. covers lost or damaged item. what if MB won't power up for buyer?

Was it a USB wall charger? iPods 4th gen (including photo), 1st gen minis and older require a FireWire charger to get through that 'first reboot'. Either use a FireWire charger or cable, or put it in an old speaker dock that charges through FireWire.

To place the blame for rape, sexual assault on women is ob-seen. Not only that but it propagates some of the ideas which encourage sexual assault. The idea that a women is "asking for it" because of how they dress.
Stating that a girl/women caused her own rape because of what she was wearing is exactly what Islamic extremists say when a women is assaulted for failing to wear her burka...

Word is that this is a really really basic functionality intended for data and not meant to be any kind of HD video type of software.
This is however the first step to getting HD discs authored on the Mac.
Right now the only real HD authoring options each cost over $50,000 so if Apple is planning on getting an HD version of DVD Studio pro this would be a start in the right direction.

It may be from the weakening ( or collapsing) USD, and Apple increasing prices to AT&T. Then again, it may be sheer greed.
